He was a former President of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) with over thirty(30) years of banking experience from United Bank for Africa(UBA) Plc, Union Bank Plc, amongst others. He has core competencies in Leadership, Organizational Development, Relationship and Enterprise Management.

Finian is an experienced banker spanning over 33 years working in various Nigerian banks. After his National Youth Service with First Bank Plc, Kano, he joined Abacus Merchant Bank (AMB) Limited as a credit & relationship officer/manager for over 8 years.

A Human Resource Management professional, business strategist, and financial advisor with strong academic and practical grounding in people and organizational development. She earned her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Port Harcourt, where she also obtained her M.Sc. in Business Management and holds certifications in Human Resource Management as well as Social Work.
